After seeing this recent picture of Julianne Moore, I only have one question:
Has the world learned nothing from Lindsay’s mistakes?
Seriously, I’d hate to think Lindsay’s DUI’ing, rehabbing and, most importantly, tragic red-to-blonde hair lightening debacle, have been in vain.

After Amanda Bynes and Brittany Snow used all of the available spray tanning solution in Los Angeles for the Hairspray premiere last night, city officials are asking its 2.3 million female residents (and Zac Efron) to start conserving their at-home solutions — such as Jergens Natural Glow Daily Moisturizer and Neutrogena Build-A-Tan — at least through the weekend, when the next Mystic Tan truck passes through.
The last time the city asked for voluntary fake tan rationing due to overconsumption was in May 2007, before Lindsay Lohan entered rehab.
