We all know Paris Hilton has one of the worst wonky eyes in Hollywood — but what we didn’t know (shockingly, since we seem to know everything else about her) is that her blue contacts may have hurt her already suffering eye lids. Paris Hilton has pleaded not guilty to a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence in Hollywood on September 7. The heirhead was not present at today’s hearing in a Los Angeles County courtroom, but an attorney representing Paris entered the plea. The judge set a pretrial hearing for January 23 and said the trial must begin by February 23. If convicted as a first-time offender (keep your fingers crossed), Paris would likely face a fine, enrollment in an alcohol-rehabilitation program and a possible license suspension, according to prosecutors.

Two Florida nightclubs named after Paris Hilton will no longer be associated with her, their owner, Fred Khalilian, tells the Associated Press. Khalilian says he “fired” Paris because she didn’t make scheduled appearances at the two-year-old Club Paris in downtown Orlando. Another Club Paris opened in Jacksonville last year.
