Despite Paris Hilton’s bitching and moaning about the horrors of prison, one inmate who served time with her claims she’s been treated “like a princess.”
Soraya Lopez says Paris — who has special attention with her own security guard stationed at her bedside — has become “top dog” in jail, claiming the heirhead is even wearing lip gloss and mascara, as well as white-and-pink polka dot prison scrubs, rather than the orange suit that most prisoners wear.

Us Weekly reports that during Paris Hilton’s brief time under house arrest, she had a very special visitor: a plastic surgeon.
Yes, Paris used her newfound freedom to meet with “plastic surgeon to the stars,” Dr. Steven Hoefflin, who has reportedly done work on Sly Stallone, Joan Rivers and Michael Jackson (not the best of portfolios).
A “source” says Hoefflin is something akin to the Hilton family’s private doctor, consulting with family members on medical issues — including, but not limited to, cosmetic issues.

Despite all the positive PR spin — er… I mean, news — surrounding Paris Hilton’s stint in prison to surface over the last few days — such as her acceptance of her sentence and newfound “relationship” with God — X17 reports that Paris is no longer putting her trust in a higher power, with her mental state taking a recent turn for the worse during her stay at the Twin Towers mental health facility.

Nicky Hilton and Paris’ ex-boyfriend/abuser of the homeless and women, Stavros Niarchos, cut in line at prison yesterday to visit their favorite li’l jailbird.
“She’s being strong,” Nicky told reporters after the visit at the Twin Towers Correctional Facility’s medical ward.
