Amy Winehouse may have to cancel that holiday blow-out she had planned, as she’s been arrested on suspicion of “perverting the course of justice” — the UK’s version of interfering with a police investigation. Her husband is currently in prison for a similar charge: “causing grievous bodily harm and conspiracy to pervert the course of justice.”
TMZ has confirmed that the arrest was made “by appointment” in London today.
Forced sobriety — perhaps the best holiday gift Amy could receive.

While other people were making coffee and pouring bowls of Cheerios — and I was, well, sleeping — the Energizer Druggie Amy Winehouse was still downing martinis at a London bar at 6:00 a.m. Apparently, she’s drowning her sorrows because she’s going to be questioned by authorities about her hubby, Blake Fielder-Civil, who is in prison for alleged obstruction of justice. Although she is not a suspect in the case, they want to question her about Blake’s finances and other relevant matters.
