US Weekly recently published the results of a poll asking readers if they’d want to be Paris Hilton’s friend and sadly, 93% said no. I felt prompted to do a quick sketch of the poll with the intent of later turning it into a huge grotesque painting.
What I’d really like to know is if anyone is planning on wearing Paris’ new clothing line featuring her name and image prominently displayed across flimsy t-shirts and cheapo handbags. Do tell. Medium: Gouache in sketchbook.

It was a pleasant Sunday afternoon and I had taken my cherished 1976 Cadillac DeVille out for a spin on the highway. Zooming down the fast lane, I noticed a wildly swerving pickup truck gaining on me and honking. I was going 75mph, but it wasn’t fast enough for the Speedy Gonzales about to run me off the road so I switched lanes to let the driver pass.

From this week’s episode of “Hollywood Geographic”: Biologists have recently unearthed a new species of worm: the Heiress Worm Lips. The worm lips, as seen here on Paris Hilton, are oversized, fright-inducing invertebrate that thrive as parasites on attention-hungry heiresses. Heiress Worm Lips are considered larger than humanly possible, and typically filled with Restylane. I’ve been really bored with this week’s celebrity gossip news, but the report of President Bush admitting to shedding tears of “self-pity” and witnessing ghosts emerging from the Lincoln Bedroom happened to catch my eye.
