The 100-day writers strike is officially over, saving me from yet more episodes of Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency. (Shut up! Don’t judge me. At least I’m not watching Janice & Abbey… yet.)
Even more puzzling than my Janice Dickinson fascination: I’m apparently still a member of the Writers Guild, because I’ve been getting all of the strike-related correspondence. Here’s an excerpt from the letter we received from WGA president, Patric Verrone:
Dear Fellow Members,
I am are pleased to inform you that this morning the WGA Negotiating Committee unanimously and unconditionally recommended the terms of the proposed 2008 MBA to the WGAW Board and WGAE Council. . .
Yup, that’s right, folks: “I am are pleased!” It’s no wonder the studios haven’t been in any hurry to re-hire these writers.

you don’t wanna know vern, but since you asked….. it’s a british reality show about janice dickinson mentoring the uk’s next top model runner-up. i think they might be airing it on oxygen too. it’s awful but i can’t stop watching.

Martini Lover-
Thanks for the info!
I’ve seen Janice’s show where you just cringe for her son when she’s inappropriate, but not so much the model thing. Does England have a druggie quota to fill now that Amy’s trying to get better? Because with Janice as a mentor I’m figuring the only thing Abbey will learn is crack is whack!
