After spending almost 14 days with little Harlow, Joel Madden and Nicole Richie decided it was finally time to return to the party scene and attended manager Benny Medina’s birthday party over the weekend. Sources say the diminutive Nicole is already within ten pounds of her daughter’s birth weight. Congrats, Nicole!

whatever…2 weeks is long enough before you go to a party…it’s her manager’s party…i had friends who had a baby 3 weeks before Christmas, and they went to holiday parties…granted they brought the baby when they could, but still. i say go for it. you can’t stay cooped up with the baby forever.
