Senator Craig vowed to continue perfecting his tap-dancing routine.
Britney Spears asked, “Resolu… huh?!” then went back to sleep.
Catherine Zeta Jones would like to figure out a way to get that “old person smell” out of everything she owns.
Ice-T and CoCo are determined to stop being so modest.

I really think something could have happen to her in her childhood years and the mental instibility was aways with her and now it’s revealing itself. I use to think that mental health usually occurs with people during childhood, but to my surprise I found out that anything can trigger mental problems. We all have our level of threshold, which means what may not affect us may affect her so on and so on. But i’m not trying to get into her head. It’s very difficult looking at her from the outside. My heart goes out to those cute little boys. It is sad to say she has done them mental harm and I know she does not mean to hurt them in anyway. That would be unexplainable,and Hopefully they will be ok. I would love to talk more about it, but as you know we have people who dislike us chatting. Yes, Britney, it would seem, may be dealing with serious mental issues…and it appears more and more these days like the sane are the minority in our society…and the insane, sadly, and increasingly, the majority. This isn’t just a Prozac Nation anymore, but a Prozac world. People deal with death and dying, loss, pain, disappointments, lonelyness and domestic problems with whatever is at hand–whether that drug of choice be sex, alcohol, drugs, gambling…or whatever. As for Britney, I suspect she has other vices like the fore.
There are media reports surfacing that Britney tested clean for drugs, and yet was emotionally unhinged, uncontrollably laughing as she was taken away in a ambulance. I would assume that these issues have to do with her losing her aunt last year due to a long illness with cancer, and now the aniversary of her death is coming up. They were said to be close, I hear. With all of that money Britney has, she couldn’t do anything to save her, and now…she must be feeling some responsibility for her little sister’s pregnancy…thanks to all the upheavel that has been going on in the family, namely with Britney herself. I couldn’t deal with that kind of pressure either–no wonder why so many people are drinking, using drugs and acting so recklessly these days??? I could esaily being on drugs and drinking but, I have no taste for alcohol…and drugs, well Xanax is good for calming yourself but it makes you horribly sleepy. I prefer going the natural means such as taking Vitamin B-12 (taken under the tongue), Saint John’s Wort (on occassion), staying away from large amounts of caffeine, getting good sleep and walking, in addition to getting in regular work-outs, etc., all help to keep a person metally balanced and stress free.
And yes, it appears they will have another Andrea Yates on their hands…if they don’t manage to get Britney the kind of help she needs.

I/never been pregnant or anything , but I was mentioning to one of my sister that someone I know was really messed up after giving birth and our other fellow workers said that the lady was differnt after giving bri, I mean it was so sad to see this lady suffering and I told several of my sisters I pray that will never happen to me if I had a child. I’m a happy and content person, I would never want to lose my happiness. As for substance,I’ve never had a drink in my entire life. I’ve never smoked anything and I’ve never done any type of drugs. In fact when people are smoking outside of stores I avoid the area by ” running the other way. I’m not saying i’m perfect, because I’m not. From my textbook learning and field experience, I was taught never to trust what a psy patient says or do. I think she is passing the drugs test because she is using someone other than herslf, urine. They are “slick” and I don’t use that word lightly. People with mental problems tries many diffrent things to escape their mental pain. Notice she always try to get others to go in the restroom with her. That in it self is odd/strange.

I really enjoy walking and jogging in the winter time,because I can jump over snowbanks and everything. It just takes me away. I’ve just moved and I finally have all my fitness equipment with me but man I tell you it’s hard for me to walk on the tread I mean I get so bored after 20 mins or so even watching tv does not help. But if it’s winter I can walk outside for an hour or so, I really enjoy that much better. I have no idea what prozax and zanax are. But I would never jugde you or anybody about what they do to relax, but I’m sure you know what is best for you and would never do anything bad, Having said that Zip, I think it’s my bedtime.Goodnight.

I don’t use Prozac. Anyway, I hear it’s bad for you, but I have tried Xanax. It’s a prescription drug as is Prozac, but frankly, I like avoiding it. As far as smoking goes, like you, I avoid people who are smoking, or I hold my breath when passing by. They really need to put a 50 yard anti smoking limit to keep smokers away from businesses, to protect people from the fumes, if not make it downright illegal to smoke all together.
As for working-out, it’s a new effort for me, I used to do yoga for about a year and a half…but my instructor turned out to be a flake more awkward than the “downward dog” pose. Well, so much for that. Now, it’s just incline push-ups…regular crunches, and walking for me (about 30 minutes to an hour depending on circumstances when I can). The rest of my work-out, well…it lasts as long as my reps last…I would guess-timate, about 45 minutes every other day…for that. But I wish I had parallel bars. They say it’s better than a weight set. My brother used to love it.
Anyway, stay safe when you are walking, and or, jogging. There are alot of wackos out there. Take a friend with you and a stun gun or pepper spray. Some people use dogs as protection, but from what I’ve heard about dogs, they can be spooked-off by being suddenly startled…and that is no good. Yep, it is always best to go with a friend–and since you like working-out, you might like martial arts training. And don’t buy the kick boxing stuff they do at gyms like Ti-Bo (spelling???), although that is one hell of a work-out, it’s not self defense. Nope, you want real martial arts training, from a real Dojo.

You may recall when I told you about the aniversary of the death of Britney’s aunt coming up, well, I was shocked to check TMZ today and find out that the aniversary just happened…I don’t know if it was today or yesterday…I didn’t bother to fully read the story but it appears, at least in my mind, that Britney’s latest problems are related to that issue, as I have previously mentioned. Very sad.
Anyway, I saw Super Bad last night. I found it more than a bit over the top, if they had just taken it more seriously, something like, “The Summer Of 42″…a classic film, they may have created a really great coming of age movie for this generation. They had really great actors in it, but the story almost completely missed the bar. Just wanted to share that. Have a beautiful weekend.

With respect to you living in a city without you family, well…I hope you and you family get a chance to move closer to one another as it is important. My Mom says it is good to lie and tell people that you have family all around you, just to make sure the wrong people know that you have plenty of persons to watch your
back…and the same is true of walking or jogging, so it is good that you walk with friends and loved ones.
I sometimes walk with a cane in case I need to fend off
predatory animals, and even vicious dogs, or dogs who’s owners don’t have good control over them…and worse, the most dangerous animal, as I like to say, human beings. The latter, not a very nice group at times. Oh, and I understand what you meant and mean about
Britney. Hopefully she will give comfort to her mother at this time, instead of contributing to her pain.
In other news, I never got to see Ice-T on MTV’s Cribs. My brother says he, Ice-T, is a nice guy though. But as for myself, I love to see Ice-T in interviews as he is
always so very funny and very intelligent, in respect to his street knowledge–I think that’s why he is so well liked in Hollywood: he is transparent in his views and that is sobering, and thus refreshing.
You were right about “Summer Of 42″, 3 friends hanging-out over a summer grow-up during those months…and one of them falls in love with an older woman, and she with him. In the end, she realizes that the relationship, given the era, was impossible…so she let him go. That was a very lovely, yet sad ending. On the other hand, Super Bad (from the makers of 40 Year Old Virgin and Knocked-Up) is a movie you can avoid, as it is largely just silly…but there is a girl in the movie that is very much like you in terms of personality. She doesn’t drink and in that respect, she defies conventional stereotypes. I thought that was a nice touch in the film. Only the big reveal came later on in the movie, changing the overall understanding of her character. Funny though, they briefly talked about Camel-Toe in Super Bad. but see, I told you. I’m glad you know some people who were able to back me up on that. I just think of it as Vagina Cleavage. It just gets the attention of every man in the room…much like breast cleavage and ass cleavage…T-Backs, etc. It just adds a visual highlight to a woman’s sexy look, without being to overt like Paris Hilton going commando. I mean, who can absolutely say…it’s intentional unless you tell them…or they can read your mind.

famous for it.

BTW…I love Trent Reznor and the Nine Inch Nails. And the Bowie collaboration, “I’m Afraid of Americans” was great. But the funny thing is, I’m afraid of Americans too, and I’m an American. Check out the video on YouTube it’s also great, with Trent stalking a confused Bowie.
I haven’t seen Yuma, but I’ll order it. The film has received some impressive reviews. And when it comes to fix ups (match makers), it’s like people are trying to mate two dogs. I find that to be strange…and hate the idea of the whole thing.

I told one of my friends if someone like Lindsay Lohan was in the movie it would have being ruined not to mention her not showing up on the set. By the way i’m enjoying my last late night up because I go back to work on Monday. And when I’m back on my sleeping pattern I’m “dead” to the world by 8 or 9 p.m.. Ha ha ha I just notice what you said about people trying to set people up. It is so true what you said. I get a little tick off, because I’ve never ask to be hooked up with someone and when people suggest it, it is silly to me. Just because they see what I look like physically dosen’t me that I’m Beautiful on the inside, which I am by the way, but they don’t know that I can be self-centered for all they know. And your right about it not working, do you remember that unnessary reality show where men were trying to meet diffrent women, and none of the relationships worked off the camera. And with people failing to look for substance over eye candy, they often find unhappyness in relationships, hence the failure of those actual reality show couples…that and their main, and perhaps “real” motivation is fame, not love. Still, if love is what a person is really looking for, well…how you find true love is not by looking for it, as it seems to find you. Angels have a way of talking to you, just like cupid…but it’s more than just a metaphor. They make you know it, and when you do, you are happily stuck, in love yes, but stuck…nervous, scared, and unsure…but even more afraid to be left without it, which keeps you stuck.

I’ve only seen Britney’s HBO concert on TV and found it to be fun…and more than a little Janet Jackson inspired, but fun nevertheless. The staging was excellent…and she had a mixed group of male and female dancers. I think most people assume that male dancers are all gay, and of course, many are, as well, there are also those who are bi-sexual and or straight. But yes, the male dancer that I told you about said he toured with Britney in Europe and he talked about bi-sexual orgies involving Britney and her dancers…and he didn’t like it one bit, and was embarrassed. He seemed disillusioned, and equally disappointed because he assumed she was very much like her girl nextdoor image. I think he may have indicated some drug use on the part of Britney and others, but my memory is fuzzy on that part–at least from what I recall my brother telling me about the dancer’s account.
As far as rebound guys, etc., there was Wade Robison (spelling???), two male dancers…including K-Fed, Fred Durst, Collin Ferrall (spelling???), perhaps Jenna Jameson, and Jason Alexander…the guy from Seinfeld. Just kidding about the last guy, of course…it’s the other Jason Alexander…not the actor, but I couldn’t resist.

Jennifer Aniston…wow. I saw those pictures days ago, but they didn’t strike me as much until I saw other photos elsewhere, and sure enough…Camel T., in at least one of the other photos, for sure. She certainly is beautiful though. I saw her in a bank once, before Friends hit the air. She was standing one person behind me, at Bank Of America at Fairfax and Beverly, in LA. I thought she was really hot, but my brother, always the jokester, was popping jokes about her…and I was stunned silent. I recognized her from Ferris Bueller’s Day Off…the TV show version, however he didn’t. So, it was joke after joke…and I’m trying to pretend that I’m not with him, and she is looking at me like, “Yes you are!” Needless to say, at that point…it wasn’t like she was going to say to me…”Let’s run away together and get married, now!!!” No, her look was more like “You jerks!!!” I think we were both in shock. A few years later I told my brother, that was Jennifer Aniston. But, I must admit, although I knew she was an actress, I didn’t know her name at the time my brother decided to go all comedian on her. But looking at how cute those little boys are they deserve so much better, not that unattractive kids deserve to be treated anyway either. Dinner??? Rice and Garlic Shrimp (Prawns) actually, in tomato sauce. I cooked it myself, save for the rice. Usually I eat vegetarian, but Shrimp/Prawns are my one vice. Thank God though, there are alot of faux meats on the market so I can still enjoy the taste of meat without it being the real thing. There is a brand called Quorn in the health food freezer sections of stores, and another brand called Morningstar in the regular frozen food breakfast section of stores. Some of their foods really taste excellent.
I love going to Whole Foods, that is the best store, but more than a bit pricy. Alas, I haven’t been there lately…yet it is an adventure when I go. Still I’ve heard it said before, better that you spend money on health food, than on medical bills.
When it comes to Trent Reznor or any star for that matter, there are alot of strange people trying to claim them for themselves, hence the unhealthy anger toward you. Of late, even though I love debating issues…I have avoided them, the debates I mean…namely on the internet, as I feel no real need to defend my positions anymore. I just feel drained talking to a person who refuses to share equally when it comes to a fair debate. Once you realize you are dealing with someone who refuses to listen to reason, it becomes a wasted effort, so why continue??? Sometimes not fighting back and wishing others well, despite their attacks against you becomes the most effective tool of deflection, and is the most effective manner of counter attack. Go back on that site and post similar supportive statements for Trent. When his other fans begin to assail you, wish them peace and joy. In that respect, the best revenge becomes no revenge–as hate needs something to feed on…that being reflected back anger or pain. It’s all fear based…but peace is a place of bravery.
Now to Britney. She is just in the same state of fear that most of us are (a place that I sometimes find myself in)…she just has the money and power to act-out, absent the same consequences the rest of us may face under the same or similar circumstances. But if she doesn’t change for the better…and soon, she’ll find herself in dire straights. Hopefully, she’ll make the right decision and make a turn around. Her mom and sister have enlisted a spokesperson to refute much of Dr. Phil’s public claims, and accused him of violating their trust–as well as that of Britney herself. The spokesperson appears to be strongly implying that Phil’s visit harmed Britney’s recovery. For his part, Phil has since cancelled his Britney intervention special after her father pulled out of the show.
Prestige and 3:10 To Yuma shall be in my hands soon and I will watch them right away when I get them. I may even…dare I say, pop some popcorn.
As for my plans for the day. I just got in a jog…my first in months…and it zapped the life out of me (there are alot of hills around here)…reminding me of the first several weeks I was doing yoga about 2 years ago, it wiped me out. As the weeks and months passed by, I watched alot of people drop out of class, but I got stronger…and learned to manage the outgo of energy. And if it wasn’t for that flake ex instructor of mine, I’d probably still be doing it, however…I like my new routine, as it is something I control, no one else.

I briefly hung-out with Mods at the time, but that was another scene. I guess I really never knew any other goths so…I was my own personal movement. Depeche Mode were the guys who started the goth scene–black leather jackets, S&M imagery, and all. Trent Reznor thanked them on his first album Pretty Hate Machine, for inspiring him in part.

Ok , Now to the good stuff, Food. You Know what? i’m a good cook,. I don’t do it often because I don’t have the time to cook. I’m not a vegetarian my uncle is and he is still alive and he’s been a veggie all his life, mainly because of his religion and when I was a little girl I remember him always telling my mom she should do the same and stay away from flour. I don’t personally like meat at all, but I do it to lose weight fast ,hence the Bacon and Grapefruit juice this morning( no sugar added juice by the way) ( smile I mean I don’t get pleasure at all from eating , I eat to live. BY the way what are prawns? Is it some kind of sea food. Guess what? I’m allergic to sea food including fish. “Poor ME” I’ve never been to a whole foods store but I’ve seen Morning Star foods at the grocery stores. I’m a really picky eater, I mean really picky. Plus I have really sensitive skin, I mean I can’t even eat soy foods, I can’t have soy candles, nothing. So I take it your pretty healthy. Thats cool , it’s the best way to be, I’ve fallen off from being healthy but I’m getting back into because as you know I love to work out in the winter time. But I’m going to try to watch myself this time so that I don’t become obsessive with it, Like I was two years ago. YOu know what? I’ve notice that it is more expensive to eat healthy. I take it don’t you don’t do fast food much. I never eat out at fast food places, I usually a drive through and get diet Coke with extra , extra Ice. As for fancy places, I rarely eat at those places also , because it’s usually a waste for me. But I do attend when someone takes me out to dinner, I try to tell people that’s not really necessary for me, because I usually just eat what’s safe for me. I want you to do me a favor ok, Try and Guess what my favorite foods are, I’ll give you a hint, its about 3 or 4 things.

I would get home around 10pm. depends on the road conditions a couple times I remember getting home at midnight, and it takes me forever to get ready for bed, I when I finally would get into bed I had to be back up a 6 a.m. I mean it was crazy since i’m a person that likes to go to sleep by 8 or 9pm. The only reason why I’m up at the moment is because I came home from work and took a Nap. Sad but true.
