I messed around on ArtPad’s digital canvas today while having my morning coffee and this is the monstrosity I created. Similar to a dumbed down wacom tablet, the digital canvas allows you to paint your masterpiece as it records your brushstrokes. Once you’ve completed your magnum opus, save and send the link to your pals and they can watch in awe as your masterpiece unfolds before their eyes. Or they can press “delete”. Watch my painting process here. Be sure and move the speed control to “fast” or else you might fall asleep.

Very impressive! I thought you were using an actual photo and drawing over it but I see you started from scratch. I wish I had half your talent.

You are amazingly talented. Whilst I loove you GoTA stuff you should be making a killing as an illustrator, I hope!
I speak from experience as another life ago I once was an artiste…………
nice work. She is fun to draw so much potential for caricature (sp?) in that face! Amazing she can be so pretty and so ugly in the same person…

You are so fucking talented 14. I am so sick of the bovine faces and thick necks of the Spears family. May the all go to hell.
I did one of my own. It was too tempting and too much fun. It was like being back in kindergarten. This one is of Paris Hilton’s Cooter!

Hehehe…I enjoyed watching you at work with Britney for your material. I tried a quick sketch, here’s you can see my 5 mins doodle of Boris Karloff as Frankenstein (from the 1931 James Whale film):

I haven’t pick up a pen and pad in more than 20 years, seeing your works only made me resolve to go back to practice. I did a self-portrait in ‘83 and my art master sent it (without my permission) to Japan for an international competition for which I won the runner up prize. I was great at sketch and watercolour, and used to do a lot of stuffs for the school’s art department but soon lose interest due to my work in Uni.

And old Japanese saying: “The eye of the artist does more work than his hand.”
Watching that sketch unfold illuminates that wisdom beautifully.
Thank you, 14. Let me join everyone else in acknowledging your wonderful talents. Thank you!

Hey there! I really admire your work, and I check the site often. I mostly draw pop culture obsessions also - my favorite is Britney. So I decided to do a Brit of my own - in that crazy pink wig.
Maybe not the best one, but it’s pretty hard to get the right lines!

Wonderful, wonderful work. A question for you, 14: did you use a tablet to do this, or a mouse? If it’s a tablet, which one do you use? If it’s the latter, well then, that’s truly astonishing.

Great work with the watercolor…I especially like the use of greens, orange, and purple. There was this ‘aha!!’ moment when the white was added, could see the direction you were going.
Keep posting this stuff!
While I hate the subject,I love the technique!!

wow, that was awesome! only thing that would’ve made it better is if the old, shiny-smiley britney was sitting next to me going, “oh god! for reals? oh god!”
demon kitty’s tribute makes me think Paris is cultivating new diseases in her vagina… and someday they’ll have to research their causes using TMZ archives or something.

What a way to open the New Year! I guess mental breakdown is good reason to draw a ugly picture of a person who is already down..good job..and the world continues on the hate trail.

Wowsa, how do you do that? Incredible mouse-eye control.
Also, just wanted to say that I love your skewering of celebrities, especially the stick thin ones. Not that anorexia is funny, but Hollywood’s beauty standard deserves a good prodding. It’s ridiculous.

I am so sick of these bovine people. They should not be allowed to breed. I know that is really eugenic of me.
Perhaps now that Shitney has been hospitalized, she will be carted off to a mental institution and we will never ever have to hear from her again.

Awesome to watch! I just put a link to you in my blog and clicked on it to see if it worked which is why I’m here. It’s been a while since I visited but you’re writing about the same thing I’m writing about AND now here’s this art pad thingie. DO you use a real digitizing pad and pen? I’ve been researching these as Ithink I want to get one. Wacom makes their own dumbed down version called “Bamboo”. I was relieved that my local store was sold out the other day as I would have bought one. Now I’m thinking sometimes saving money is wasting money if the product is really inferior. Maybe I should go with the grown up version. Have you any wisdom for me?
PS If you read my blog entry for today where I linked you, do not be alarmed. With gas prices as they are, it would be too far to drive to run over your foot.
