Former Philly residents Will Smith, Blythe Danner, Bradley Cooper and Richard Gere should be happy they got the hell out of Dodge — because, according to a survey conducted by Travel + Leisure magazine and CNN Headline News, Philadelphia is home to the least attractive people in the United States.

Hear that? Yeah, that’s the sound of thousands of Philly residents canceling their Travel + Leisure subscriptions.

In case you’re wondering which other cities you should cross off your “to visit” list, respondents consider Washington DC and Dallas/Fort Worth residents almost as ugly as Philadelphians. Almost. Miami and San Diego are home to the best-looking people, the poll (which never made a stop at MY house, I must note!) found.

Well, at least we now know what made the Liberty Bell crack.
