Paris Hilton wants the world to know she’s a changed woman — as you can see from this humble picture taken at a recent benefit — and is now dedicated to leaving her “mark” on the world (other than the one she leaves on hotel sheets). Lord help us all.
She talked to Newsweek about her upcoming charity mission in Rwanda, telling them that, “I’m scared, yeah. I’ve heard it’s really dangerous. I’ve never been on a trip like this before. I love having everything documented. It shows people what everyday life is like for me, how hard I work. There are a lot of misconceptions about me.” Paris also adds, “People have seen me go through a lot, and they can relate to that. I’m a strong person.”
So in just the couple of quotes I lifted in this article about her “charity mission,” Paris managed to say “I” or “me” a total NINE times. It’s heartening to see she is so genuinely concerned about helping the children and raising awareness about their plight.
I can just see it now. She’ll be telling the cameraman, “Don’t film me too close to those starving kids because they make me look fat. Oh, and can you show me washing my hair with unfiltered water, so people see how rough I have it here…?

She is the LAST person who should be doing charity work. Unless it’s to hand out condoms and Valtrex.

LOL @ Julie! I doubt she even knows where Rwanda is. She probably thinks it’s just outside of Compton.

So I take back what I said. We HAVE seen everything, she DOES document everything. I guess we can’t call her a liar (on this point, anyway)
