Confession: I had a few too many cosmopolitans (yes, again) last night in celebration of Holy Candy’s birthday. So when I turned on my computer and was confronted with THIS, I was convinced I was so hungover that I’d lost the ability to see color.
But alas… that really is Rumer’s newly blonded hair.
Good news for me. Not-so-good-news for her.
