Gwyneth shed her cane to pose at a Comic-Con promotional event for her new flick, Iron Man. She joined co-star Robert Downey Jr. at the annual Nerd Fest, er… I mean, comics convention in San Diego to give the fans a first look at the action movie.

The low-down: Downey plays a billionaire industrialist and genius inventor who is kidnapped and forced to build a devastating weapon. Using his intelligence and ingenuity, he instead builds a high-tech suit of armor and escapes captivity. Upon his return to the U.S., he uncovers a plot with global implications and must don his armor and protect the world…sfdkudfkjdqaosd…

I’m sure Robert and Gwyn give their usual great performances (barring View from the Top… two hours of my life that I’ll never get back), but if the description puts me to sleep, I’m probably best off sticking to another night of How Do I Look? reruns, bowls of Baked Lays and chin-hair plucking sessions. (Don’t even bother asking me how I came into such a glamorous, exciting life… I’m just naturally princess-like.)
