Because no A-list celebs showed up for her first birthday party, Paris Hilton tried to lure the big stars again with a get-together at Prime Grill Beverly Hills last night — but only Nicole Richie, Courtney Love and Joel Madden made an appearance (because real stars were getting ready for the Oscars).
