While Paris Hilton and her ex-boyfriend Joe Francis are allegedly taking legal action against the creators of ParisExposed.com, some “credible sources” claim that Paris actually owns the leaked sex tapes, nude photos and information posted on “Paris Exposed” — and may be profiting from the subscription-based voyeuristic site.

The source has not revealed the extent to which Paris is involved in the site, but as of Saturday, January 27, Paris is allegedly financially involved — and even edited the sex tapes to ensure none of her friends were compromised and no explicit sex acts were included.

If she is involved, it further fuels that philosophical debate that we all ponder from time to time: Paris Hilton — Savvy or stupid? (I’m going with the latter. No need to share affliction with herpes.)
