According to TMZ, Nicole Richie should face mandatory jail time for her recent arrest because it’s her second DUI. California law requires a mandatory sentence of five consecutive days in county jail, as well as a one-year license suspension for anyone twice-convicted of DUI.
The silver lining: the horizontal stripes will add much-needed pounds.

They should suspend a person’s licence for a year to 5 years the first time they get a DUI…and suspend their license, 10 years to life, for a 2nd charge. As well. anyone who pulls a hit and run should forfeit their right to drive for life. Not that Nicole has pulled the latter, but certainly those in her crowd have, including Paris Hilton…and her boyfriend (after drinking)
in separate incidents. Both incidents, btw, Paris was directly involved in. The cops have both incidents on video tape, and did nothing to file charges.
I don’t know about the rest of you, but I’m tired of hearing about drunk drivers getting away with DUI’s and I’m equally tired of the rash of hit and runs that are going on these days…just watch your evening news…you hear about it all the time. There should change the laws in this country and legislate that if you leave the scene of a car crash, the prosecutors and police, as well as any jury or judge can assume that you were driving while drunk. Hit and run drivers, should be given an automatic 5 to 10 years in prison, unless there are explainable extenuating circumstances. That would stop a lot of that madness cold!!!

I have already addressed Nicole Richie’s DUI issue in my last post…but I wanted to take the time to address Nicole’s claim that she takes Vicodin to treat monthly cramps.
Calcium deficiencies…and other vitamin deficiencies can result in causing women to have horrible menstrual related cramping problems…That, and bad eating, ala junk food and drinking sodas, (even the diet ones)…which rob the body of large amounts of calcium due to the carbonation.
Hope this info helps Nicole and other ladies dealing with bad monthly cramping. You don’t need Vicodin…you need to cut back on junk food, eat right…and take your vitamins. Nicole’s obvious artificial under weight issues aren’t helping either!!! I hope someone passes this information on to her…and of course, anyone else who needs the info!!!
