Rod Stewart, who just had a child with fiancée Penny Lancaster, has finally divorced his second wife Rachel Hunter, seven years after she walked out on him. Model/photographer/Rachel Hunter lookalike Penny gave birth to son Alastair, Rod’s seventh child (!), last year. Rod married Rachel in 1990 after a three-month romance, despite their 24-year age difference. They separated in 1999 and Rachel filed for divorce in 2003 — only to withdraw the papers. However, Rod finally got around to filing for divorce last year.

You might think that’s, er, odd, but I could see how that would slip his mind. The divorce probably got lost on Rod’s “To Do” list somewhere between “get more hair gel” and “memorize kids’ names.”
