Ah, Hump Day. While most celebrate this day as the start of the weekend countdown, we at Holy Candy are also using it to acknowledge, well, humping — especially of the scandalous variety — by inducting worthy celebrities into the weekly “Hump Hall of Shame“:

Congrats to Rob Lowe for being the premier inductee!

Rob was caught in a scandal when a videotape emerged of him having sex with two women — one of whom was only 17 — while attending the 1988 Democratic National Convention. As if that weren’t juicy enough, yet another sex tape leaked at the same time, in the form of a home video starring Lowe, a model, and a young male friend having a three-way in a hotel room in Paris. This video would be sold as one of the first commercially available “celebrity sex tapes.”

A real trailblazer, Rob! Paris Hilton would be virtually nonexistent now, if not for your hard work in carving a path of acceptance for other celebs dumb and vain enough to tape their sexscapades. Kudos!
