…is so 1993, but I don’t know how else to express it.

Anyway. I am certainly glad it’s Friday, but I’m even more glad I’ve embarked on this l’il journey called Holy Candy. Not even one week under my belt, and the site is averaging almost 1,000 visitors a day. Woo-hoo! Yeah, yeah, I know that number’s miniscule relative to other, more established “entertainment blogs.” But, hell, that’s still gotta be a bigger audience than the one I had writing for The Bold and the Beautiful, right? Even if the money’s not, um, quite as good.
So thank you for swinging by. Especially to those of you who’ve been kind enough to e-mail (yes, even the delightful fellow who suggested I “fu*k off”) and post comments. While most of you are silent visitors, the more outspoken ones have been quite entertaining. As you’ve probably noticed, this blog is ever-evolving, and likely always will be.

I’m heading out for the evening now. I’m planning on unwinding with a few mojitos, so here’s hoping I don’t drink and blog later on. Although it undoubtedly would be more colorful if I did. Regardless, please know that I will be around the rest of the weekend. ‘Cause heaven forbid Paris flashes her ass flap again and I’m not here to share it with you. Heaven forbid, indeed.
