Tori Spelling and husband Dean McDermott have been spotted out and about in Toronto and are reportedly in town to share baby news with friends and family. The 90210 alum has not yet publicly confirmed that she is pregnant; however, sources says she is “positively glowing.” The couple was seen having lunch with friends yesterday and an eyewitness said, “It seemed like they were breaking baby news to their friends.”

How does one seem like she’s breaking baby news? Certainly hope Tori and Dean weren’t demonstrating future breastfeeding responsibilities. That’ll put a damper on a lunch real quick.
